MACE TOYIN OBATOSIN
Mace Toyin Obatosin was born on 24th December, 1975. He had Elementary and Secondary Education in Lagos and Ogun States respectively. He had a stint at Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta before he proceeded to University of Ibadan where he bagged Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Psychology in year 2000. He joined the Public Service of Ogun State in May 2004 as an Administrative Officer after working with Adcore Communications, Ilupeju, Lagos. He later bagged Master of Science Degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management as well as Bachelor of Law (Hons) Degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye in 2010 and 2015 respectively. He was called to the Nigerian Bar as Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court in November 2016.
His journey in Ogun State Public Service took him to the Office of the Head of Service, Civil Service Commission (where he served at a time as the State Employment Officer), he also served as the pioneer Registrar of the Ogun State College of Health Technology, Ilese-Ijebu amongst other MDAs. Presently, he works at the Public Service Transformation Office, Office of the Head of Service as Director, Public Service Reforms and Innovations.
Professionally, he is a Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM), Associate, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM), Associate, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) (ACIArb) as well as Fellow, Chartered Institute of Administrators (FCIA).
Mace Toyin Obatosin engages in numerous Community Service activities. He is presently the Secretary, Omu-Ijebu Initiative on Poverty Reduction. He is married to Alhaja Silifat Funmi Obatosin and blessed with children.
